What is Botsai?
Botsai.com is DIY chabot program owned by Ascendum Solutions that enables you to create chatbots without any coding knowledge.
Objective: Asses the usability of the live Botsai site in terms of making working flows and determine what is difficult for the user to accomplish.
Methods: In-person and remote interviews and moderated usability test.
Deliverables: Report of insights on the usability of the site and supported suggestions on what to change or improve.
Role: Defined project scope, designed and conducted interviews and usability tests, analyzed and synthesized data, generated reports.
